How This Works?
Step 1: Signup.
Step 2: You will be redirected to
the Registration Page where you'll choose your login password
and provide additional details.
Step 3: Within 2 business days,
your account will be activated and you'll receive an email.
Step 4: Login, read the user
manual, and start giving "tasks" to your Business Support
Executive.
Everything is built-into the
Client User Interface website. You'll be able to assign new
tasks, check what's going on, view history, submit support
tickets and so on.
There's no software to install or
scripts to setup from your side.
What
Exactly Am I Getting Here?
You are getting to virtually
"hire" (without any hassles) one of our "Business Support
Executives" who are professionally trained to bring "Traffic",
"Sales" and "Profits" to your websites.
Essentially, you are getting a
"Trained" assistant who is capable of understanding your
requirements and working on your behalf, every day of the week!
What's
The Difference Between a "Shared" Plan and
an "Exclusive" Plan?
In a "Shared" plan, an
Assistant will be shared by 2 Clients. In other words, a
Business Support Executive allocated to you will also be
allocated to one other client.
This means, your Assistant (BSE)
will work for about 4 hours on your "tasks" every day (about 20
hours per week).
Whereas, in an "Exclusive"
plan, an Assistant (BSE) will be allocated EXCLUSIVELY for you.
He/She will NOT be working on any other client and you get about
8 hours per day (or 40 hours per week).
Will You Provide Stats?
Yes. Inside your account
control panel, you'll be able to check statistics of all the
campaigns we generate for you. You'll also be able to see
monthly and category statistics.
Will I Have To Employ My
Assistant?
No. There are absolutely no
employment hassles for you. All the executives, managers and
admin are on OUR payroll and you don't have to bother about any
employment issues at all. We have "trained" our employees to
handle your work and this is the "service" we are offering you
-- our client.
How Will I Know Whether The
Business Support Executive Allocated To Me Is Actually Working
for MY Online Business?
As soon as you signup, a CLIENT
account will be created on our "Client-Interface" website. This
is a separate, password-protected website that is used
exclusively by our Clients, BSEs, Managers and the Admin.
Using this simple interface,
you'll be able to "Create" and manage tasks. The Assistant (BSE)
assigned for you will also use the same website to interact with
you. This is like a "control panel" where all users will be able
to "track" individual tasks.
The same website will also
provide you with "history" and "statistics" of visitors you get
for any of your websites as a result our efforts.
Every "task" can be tracked and
all the details of each such "task" will be available for
viewing by logging into your control panel.
What If I Order And Later I Don't
Like The Assistant (BSE) I'm working with?
Very simple. Just open a support
ticket and request for a change. The administrator will assign
another executive for you.
Are The Any Supervisors?
Yes. For every 5 executives,
there's 1 Business Support Manager. The Manager supervises and
moderates all the activities.
Are My Details Safe With Your
Executives?
Absolutely. Your information will
never be sold, rented or leased to anyone. Each and every staff
member is bound by a legal and enforceable "confidentiality" and
"non-disclosure" agreement.
Further, all users of the "Client
User Interface Website" will be operating with their "nick-names"
instead of their real names. So, even your assistant will not
see your name or email address.
Can I Stop Using Your Services
Anytime?
Of course. You have the liberty
to cancel your subscription at any time.
What Kind of Setup Are You
Having?
We have a team of 20 Business
Support Executives and 4 Business Support Managers on permanent
employment. Each BSE will be working on a P4 Dual-Core PC with
1GB of memory. We have a redundant 2 MBPS Broadband Internet
connectivity. Other resources include a conference room, UPS,
air-conditioners, telephones, fax, Copier and a Laser printer.
We work in cozy atmosphere on the 2nd floor of a leased
commercial office building of about 2000 sq. ft.
Where Are The Assistants
(Business Support Executives) Located and How They Work?
All the BSEs are our FULL-TIME
employees, working in our own premises at Bangalore, INDIA.
Each BSE starts his/her work by logging into their control
panel, that shows the status of existing "tasks" as well as
"New" tasks that you may have added.
Each BSE is assigned to 2 clients (in a "shared" plan) OR
works exclusively for 1 client for the full day... everyday of
the week.
The "status" of each "task" assigned by you (Client) will be
updated often to keep all users updated, including Manager and
System Administrator.
You can always login and check the progress of any of your
"tasks".
What are Tasks That Are NOT
Done by My Assistants
(Business Support Executives)?
All the BSEs are trained in
over 42 different "tasks" mentioned in our website. However, a
BSE is NOT a software programmer. So, other than "assistance"
related to your marketing activities, a BSE will NOT be able to
provide you with any programming services, software development,
copywriting etc.
How Long Will Each Task Take
To Complete?
Depending on the nature of
"task" assigned by you, it may be completed in a few minutes or
may take up several days.
For example, tasks like
"Creating an eBook Cover" or "Aligning a Document" can be
finished within, say, 20 minutes.... whereas, "Spinning" one of
your articles into 10 "unique" versions can take up to 8 hours
to complete.
How Do You Provide Support?
The "Client-Interface" website
has built-in Help and Support Areas. You will be provided with
easy to use instructions to get started with your Assistant (BSE)
as soon as your account is setup.
Within this interface, you also
have to option to contact the "Manager" or the "Admin" directly
(AND secretly), if you have any questions related to individual
"tasks".
Besides, you can also open a
"Ticket" to get unparalleled support service at any time.
In a nutshell, here are the
different ways you can interact with your Assistant, Manager and
the Admin:-

to Manager/Admin
- - Open "Support Ticket"
- - Chat with your BSE/Manager
using Windows/MSN/Yahoo Messenger
- - Call up our offices
directly and speak to your BSE/Manager

directly to Manager/Admin
You can even leverage the
International time difference (of about 12 hours between The US
and India) to get some of your work done overnight!
Are There Any Pre-Cautions?
Please rest assured that your
information will be kept confidential. All our employees have
signed non-disclosure, non-competition and confidentiality
agreements.
Our client-user interface will NOT display your name or email
address. We have designed to work using Client nicknames,
instead.
Besides, I've trained them to work as ASSISTANTS and NOT as
marketers.
However, for security reasons, it is strongly suggested that you
DO NOT to reveal your personal or financial information to
anyone. Please take care NOT to divulge your PayPal passwords,
bank account details, credit card numbers etc.
